Refund Policy

We want the Epigenetics Coaching Certification to be right for you. If it isn’t what we said it was, you can request a refund within your first 30 days, subject to the conditions below.

You are eligible for a full refund of your tuition when both of the following are true:

• your request reaches us within 30 days of your enrollment date; and
• you have completed no more than two chapters of the curriculum.

A full refund is no longer available once you have completed more than two chapters. A prorated refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis — email support@mosaicbio.io with your request and we will review it.

Email support@mosaicbio.io from the email address on your account, with the subject “Refund request,” within the 30-day window. We will confirm receipt and may ask what fell short.

An approved full refund returns your tuition ($3,900) to your original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval. A prorated refund returns the portion we agree on under Section 3.

When a refund is issued, your enrollment ends and access to the curriculum, exercises, and certificate closes. A certificate already issued is revoked.

Enrollments are otherwise non-refundable after 30 days, except for a possible prorated refund under Section 3.

If you received the program at no charge — an Apeiron Academy alumni upgrade, a comped seat, or a gift — there is no payment to refund. Alumni access is governed by the Alumni Upgrade Terms.

The Institute offers a 6-month installment plan ($700 per month; six payments; $4,200 total). The 30-day money-back guarantee in Sections 1–3 applies to installment enrollments in the same way: if you request a refund within 30 days of enrollment and have completed no more than two chapters, we refund the installment payments you have made to date and close access. After 30 days, installment payments already made are non-refundable.

Cancelling the plan stops future payments and leaves you with access to the course content already unlocked by the payments you have made; a missed payment pauses access to new content until it is paid and does not remove content already unlocked. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — to cancel, email support@mosaicbio.io.
