Enrollment Terms
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. About these terms
These Enrollment Terms govern your enrollment in and use of the certification program offered by Mosaic Biodata Institute (the “Institute,” “we,” or “us”), operated by Mosaic Biodata, Inc. By enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility and enrollment
The program is intended for coaching and wellness practitioners and others with a professional interest in genomics-informed coaching. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Access is tied to your individual Mosaic account and is personal to you. Apeiron Academy graduates may qualify for a free alumni upgrade — see the Alumni Upgrade Terms.
3. Fees and payment
Tuition for the certification is $3,900 (USD), charged in full at enrollment through our payment processor, Stripe. The Institute is full-pay only; we do not store your full payment card details. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Your enrollment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided you have completed no more than two chapters of the curriculum. If you have completed more than two chapters, a full refund is not available, though a prorated refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis. See the Refund Policy for full details and how to request one.
5. Course access and license
Upon enrollment we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your own educational use. Lessons and their handouts unlock in sequence as you complete them.
Lifetime accessmeans there is no expiry on a paid enrollment, and once you complete the certification you retain reference access to the full curriculum — videos, handouts, and exercises — for the operational life of the program, tied to your individual Mosaic account. If you stop partway, you keep access to what you have unlocked but not to lessons you have not yet reached.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from the materials, including videos, handouts, assessments, and answer keys.
6. Certification
To earn the certificate you must complete all required lessons and pass the associated assessments at the stated threshold. Certificates are issued in your name with a unique serial that anyone may verify on our public verification page. A certificate evidences completion of the program; it is not a license to practice and does not guarantee any professional, clinical, or commercial outcome.
7. Acceptable use and academic integrity
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to complete assessments yourself without sharing answers. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or compromises program integrity.
8. Intellectual property
All program content is owned by the Institute or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited access license described above.
9. Educational purpose; no medical advice
The program is educational. It does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice, and nothing in it establishes a clinician-patient relationship. Practitioners remain solely responsible for their own professional judgment and for complying with the laws and standards that govern their practice.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law — including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Biodata, Inc. and its affiliates, instructors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the program will not exceed the amount you paid for your enrollment in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using the program at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, subject to any refund rights in Section 4.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date and, where required, communicated to enrolled students.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the program, and you consent to venue in those courts.
